Tips are customary and not included in our service prices.

Unfortunately we are not accepting insurance at this time.

Cancellation, Last minute Cancellation and No Show Policy

Your time and ours is valuable; other than urgent reasons a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance a fee of 50% of your full service price will be charged to your form of payment on file. last minute cancellation or No Call,NO SHOW your appointment a fee of 100% of your full service price will be charged to your form of payment on file, this fee covers the time of the service provider and the inability to schedule an appointment on such short notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure that you have enough time to check-in, relax and take advantage of your full session. Our therapists are unable to extend sessions for late arrivals as other guests have sessions reserved after yours. Arriving late to an appointment will result in your scheduled service being shortened by that amount of time.

Refunds Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. Any refunds that cannot be credited back to a credit or debit card through our online booking system that were used as a form of payment for services purchased will be refunded in the form of a credit that can be used for future services by Soul Massage.

Gift Certificates

You can purchase gift certificates online at www.soulmassageeverett.com or at the front desk. Gift certificates of any kind cannot be used to purchase Wellness Memberships.
